How To Order Customs

1.Choose Your Scent(s)!

You can find all available scents on the Master Scent List located in the drop-down menu on the upper left corner of the home page.

*You can choose 1 scent off the list OR you can blend UP TO 4 scents from the list to create your own custom fragrance!

You may want to write down your choices to help you remember, as you will be typing them out later during checkout.

2. Choose products.

Next, choose which products you would like and their quantity.

Scroll down on the home page to view all products. Click on your chosen product, adjust the quantity, and click add to cart. You will specify which scents you want at checkout.

3. Checkout.

When you are finished shopping, go to checkout and enter your information.

Choose your shipping option. You can choose default shipping or a medium flat-rate box. Default shipping is an estimate. I will refund you any overage over $1.00 after your box ships.

If you are local to Louisville, KY or southern Indiana, you have the option to pick up your order or have it hand delivered free of charge! If you choose this option, I will message/email you to make arrangements.

4. Specify Your Scent Choice.

On the last page of checkout (the payment page) you will see your order summary. Under the summary, click the link that says “Need to leave a note or instructions?” This will open a box where you can type your scent choices. *If you are ordering more than 1 type of item, please specify which scent goes with which product.

This is also the place to type any preferences or special requests; color, designs, labeling, etc.
